We are 'ready' to start the demolition. The word 'ready' refers to our many years of experience in the most wide ranging of demolition projects. For us, the complete demolition of a property is not a question of brute force. Quite the opposite, actually. Sound demolition is always preceded by in-depth thought and calculations. This starts at an early stage when considering the question of whether the appropriate permits have been arranged with the authorities involved. This is followed by the production of a detailed demolition and remediation plan with the corresponding costs. This means that the client always knows exactly where he stands. So, to summarise, a lot of preliminary work will already have been done before demolition work starts. RIS is pleased to take all of these cares off of your hands.
